Helping Others Minister Everywhere Groups

There is a great cry for help in every community that cannot be ignored. The needs have become so complex in nature due to the victim mentality that has been promoted so rampantly in our society. There is a greater demand being placed on the lives of every citizen and yet we discover there is less commitment on the part of those who could help solve or relieve some of these needs. These areas of lack and stresses are showing up in our work places, our families, and even for some it's in our church life. Meeting these needs can seem overwhelming for those in ministry and many avoid these issues due to inadequate training they may have received. But it does not change the fact that these issues still exist. So what can be done? How can we see these needs being met consistently?
 
We believe the answer's can be found in effective small group settings that are biblical and where the participants can find a safe place to learn and grow through God's pattern of love. These small groups are not to be confused with home fellowships, cell groups, home Bible studies, home prayer meetings, discipleship groups, care groups or anything else that you have tried or been a part of. This is a system based on over 30 years of personal experience in studying small groups around the world by Dr. Jim Richards. He has developed a process that meets the needs of this generation.
